T...I have some "10 minute" workout DVDs. THe only one I've ever done though is the Yoga one. I love it. It has 5 different 10 minute workouts and you can program it to do any combination in any order, so I usually do 3, but sometimes if there is only time to do 1, I just do the stretching/flexibility ones. Sometimes in the morning though I also do some sun salutations and downward facing dogs to get the blood flowing. They are great go-tos and you can get ones that don't require any equipment too. <br /><br />I'm totally with you on the butterflies thing too - have actually never liked them and have always felt bad about not liking them. I don't actually really know why i dont, I guess I just don't.
